Object and General Terms

This Privacy Policy explains how www.intrage.it uses any personal information it collects about its users and how users can limit its use of their data. It complies with the duty of the Data Protection Notice required by article 13 of the Italian Personal Data Protection Code.

We provide this Privacy Policy because you, as user, have a right to know what information we collect, how it is protected and used, and the circumstances under which it may be disclosed.

Scope

Who visits and surfs our site can be directly or indirectly identified or identifiable and therefore his/her personal data can be processed.

Our Privacy Policy solely applies to the web portal  www.intrage.it and related microsites and do not cover any further website linked by our portal. Eustema do not control neither content nor privacy policy of those websites.

Information gathered

a) Anonymous surfing data

Intrage.it automatically gathers anonymous, non-personal surfing information and stores it in web server log files.

This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data.

We use this information only and exclusively for statistic purposes to improve our site, analyze trends, administer the site, track users' movements around the site, and gather aggregate information about our user base as a whole. Aggregate information is data we collect about a group or category of services or members from which individual member identities have been removed, and therefore does not include your personally identifiable information.

b) Cookies

Every time a user visits our website, we generate an anonymous cookie. A cookie is a small piece of information sent by a web server to the web browser, which enables the web server to collect information from the browser.

We use cookies to:

1. remember when the user visits this website to keep track of his/her browsing patterns;
2. build up the user’s personalized profile;
3. secure the access of restricted surfing areas;

d) Data expressly provided by the user

When joining our Community and signing up for our site, users freely and willingly provide personal data through our Registration form.
By accepting this Privacy Policy users declare that any information provided is truthful, precise and complete. Please remember that any information about yourself or your family that you submit in social media including chat rooms and forums will be viewed by other people. As such, this personal data may be viewed, collected and used by third parties over whom Intrage has no control. We are not responsible for either the information you submit/post or otherwise make available in such public areas or any use that may be made of such information by any third party.

The optional nature of personal data supply

Users are free to not to provide personal data to our portal. Please be aware that some services may not be delivered nor function properly without registration or personal information supply.

Data management, sharing, disclosure and Security

Your privacy and security is of utmost importance to Intrage. Thus, our qualified staff is in charge of the processing and management of stored personal data. Eustema S.p.A. applies specific security measures to prevent the loss of data, illegal or improper use and not authorised access according to the current regulation.

Intrage does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission.

Exclusion

Intrage reserves the right to not to activate, suspend or interrupt its services in any moment in case the supplied data emerge to be wrong or false. If you post or send offensive, inappropriate or objectionable content anywhere on the Intrage website or otherwise engage in any disruptive behaviour on any Intrage service, Eustema may use your personal information to stop such behaviour or suspend your access to our site.

Disclosures required by law or made in connection with legal proceedings

Personal data are exempt from the non-disclosure provisions where the disclosure is required by or under any enactment, by any rule of law or by the order of a court and by the legitimate requirement of Italian Information Commissioner (Garante della protezione dei dati personali) as stated by article 157 of the Italian Personal Data Protection Code.

User's rights

As registered user, you have the right:

• to see, review, update and change your personal information by logging onto the website and going to “My Profile” or equivalent;
• to ask for a free copy of your personal information;
• to ask for your profile to be removed.

In addition users can revoke at any time the consent they gave once for the ascertainment, processing and use of their personal data with effect for the future.

Consent

Subject to expressed agreement – unless and until revoked – personal data (including those concerning telematic traffic), will likewise be processed directly or by third parties, based in Italy and/or abroad, ­ also using one or more distance communication techniques (e-mail, automated call services without fax or operator intervention), to provide www.intrage.it services and for the following further purposes:

• conducting statistical and market researches and studies;
• sending – via short message, multimedia message, email, newsletter, DEM and telephone channels – advertising as well as commercial information;
• interactive commercial communications;
• promotional activities focused on products and/or services provided by Eustema S.p.A. or by controlled or related companies and/or by its commercial partners.
